Who we are

What data we collect

• Contact form: the name, email or phone number, and message you submit. This is emailed directly to us — it is not stored in a database.
• Newsletter: your email address, stored only so we can send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
• Orders (cart & checkout): your cart is kept temporarily in your browser session and cleared when it expires. When you place an order, your name, phone and address are sent directly to our WhatsApp — we do not store this personal information on our server. We only keep a non-personal count (items and total) to measure how many orders we receive.
• Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymized statistics about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). See our Cookie Policy for details.

How we use your data

We use your data only to respond to your messages, process your orders, send the newsletter you signed up for, and understand how our site is used so we can improve it. We never sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Order details you submit are sent directly to WhatsApp (Meta) to reach us. Site analytics are processed by Google Analytics (Google). We do not share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you (e.g. your newsletter subscription), or to withdraw consent for analytics cookies. Just email us at info@clairehoney.com.
