In 2011 someone gave me six empty hives, without bees. To many people that would mean nothing. To me it was an opportunity. I filled them with bees, cared for them wholeheartedly, and that is how our small beekeeping family was born.
In 2015 our daughter Claire was born. We couldn't imagine a more beautiful name for our honey than hers. This name isn't just a brand — it's part of our family.
Beekeeping isn't a profession you can do by staying in one place. Here's what's behind every jar.
For every kind of honey, the hives need to be in the right place at the right time. That means hundreds of kilometers every season, chasing the blossom.
We harvest respecting the bees' cycle, always leaving them enough food. No season comes easy.
From our apiary to the jar and onto your table — no middlemen, no long supply chains. You know exactly who made it.
Each variety has its own aroma, taste and character, because each comes from a different place and season. Pine, thyme, fir and blossom — all from the same hives, which we follow ourselves from mountain to sea.
"We don't sell anything we wouldn't give our own children to eat."
