Our thyme honey comes from the hills of the Galaxy or Lefkada, an area where thyme grows wild on rocky, dry, sun-exposed soils. It is these conditions that give the nectar a rich flavor and a special taste, which make thyme honey one of the most valued in Greece.

Our bees collect this nectar in the early summer, when the thyme is in its full bloom. The result is a honey of golden color, intense aroma and rich taste that leaves a pleasant and lasting feeling.
